Job Description

Our client, a well known beauty brand, is looking for a hybrid Creative Project Manager in LA!

Responsibilities:

• Manage creative project timelines, budgets, and resources, including workloads and delivery dates.
• Proactively communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Review and ensure complete briefing information for incoming creative requests.
• Manage vendor contracts and payments
• Provide production support (including on-set) as needed.
• Assist Director of Creative Operations with pre- and post-production.
• Train and support the team on asset management guidelines (naming, folder structure, file packaging, contract referencing).
• Manage asset uploads (including cross-departmental deliveries), ensuring proper specifications, naming, IP rights, and Fadel integration.
• Monitor asset expirations and collaborate with other teams on rights extensions.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in creative operations or production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in digital asset management systems (e.g., Asana and/or Wrike a plus)
• Knowledge of intellectual property rights.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
