Position Overview As a Data Analyst at Integral Health, you will play a vital role in transforming our operational data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve patient outcomes. Working part-time, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain operational dashboards, conduct data analysis, and support our mission of revolutionizing behavioral healthcare through data-driven strategies. Core Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain operational data flows and dashboards in Databricks environment to track key performance indicators and business metrics Clean, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets using Python and SQL to support business decision-making Generate regular reports on operational metrics such as patient retention, lifetime value (LTV), engagement rates, and other healthcare-specific KPIs Collaborate with clinical and business teams to identify data needs and translate them into analytical solutions Develop and implement data quality processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting Identify trends and patterns in operational data to provide recommendations for process improvements Support ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership and stakeholders Key Requirements 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles, preferably in healthcare or SaaS environments Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Databricks or similar environments Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets Experience working with operational metrics such as retention, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement metrics Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare or behavioral health startups Familiarity with healthcare data structures and metrics Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques Experience with version control systems (Git) Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders About You You are detail-oriented with a passion for turning data into actionable insights You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and can adapt to changing priorities You have excellent communication skills and can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences You are self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision You have a genuine interest in healthcare innovation and improving mental health outcomes This Isn't for You If You prefer rigid, unchanging work environments with clearly defined processes You're uncomfortable with the ambiguity and rapid iteration common in startup environments You prefer working exclusively with clean, perfectly structured datasets You're looking for a full-time position with traditional hours Location & Hours This is a part-time position (15-25 hours per week) with flexible work arrangements: Fully remote option available Hybrid option available for candidates based in the NYC metro area Potential for conversion to full-time employment based on performance and business needs Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Part-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Mental Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr Integral Health
