About The Role We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will lead our digital marketing efforts, define hypotheses, frame problems correctly, and execute marketing experiments with clear success criteria. The ideal candidate will be analytical, able to iterate quickly, and know how to integrate different platforms and automate processes. If the candidate has some coding experience (preferably Python and/or JavaScript) and experience helping very niche B2B businesses generate quality leads will be a big plus! Job Description Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search, display, social, email marketing and other digital marketing channels Design and implement marketing experiments with clear success criteria Analyze marketing data and report on key metrics and trends Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals Optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and ROI Automate processes to improve efficiency and scalability Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in performance marketing About You Bachelors degree in marketing, business, engineering or a related field 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing data Experience with HubSpot Proficiency in coding, preferably Python and/or JavaScript.
