Ecommerce Merchandising Manager

Location: NY,NY

Duration: Full-Time, Permanent!

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days per week on-site

Salary Range: $110-$120K + 20% non guaranteed annual bonus

Position Overview

Our client in the retail & fashion space is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandising Manager to join their team full-time! The Ecommerce Merchandising Manager will maximize product and brand visibility for their clients. You will be responsible for the oversight of maximizing commercial and profitable potential with the effective management of stock and assortment, and optimization of onsite visibility. You will also have an analytical mindset and strong commercial acumen, strong understanding of consumer behavior and relationship building with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Positioning product assortment in an appealing and impactful way for the client
• Responsible for maximizing online product revenue and profit.
• Partnership with buying and merchandising team to monitor stock levels and inventory
• Curate and optimize product visibility on a digital platform from a selling and inventory point of view
• Maximize utilization of all digital merchandising and shopping platforms, social media and digital marketing to achieve greater impact
• Provide product focus input to marketing, buying, merchandising and in store teams
• Monitor sales trends and purchasing patterns to determine optimization for future seasons
• Responsible for product information management (e.g. images, prices, descriptions, colors, sizes)
• Coordinate product exposure in digital marketing strategies

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience from working with E-commerce merchandising for a premium fashion or lifestyle brand.
• Commercial awareness and business understanding.
• Strong analytical skills
• Team oriented, service minded, communicative, structured, analytical and Independent personal qualities.
• English in both written and speaking
• Knowledge of Shopify and excel preferable
