Role:Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Princeton, NJ
What You'll Do:
Design and analyze analog/digital (mixed-signal) circuits for medical devices
Develop and test prototypes and assist in feasibility studies
Ensure product safety & EMC compliance (IEC/EN 61326, UL/IEC standards)
Create test plans , perform troubleshooting, and write technical reports
Work closely with certification bodies ( UL, CE, CB Scheme ) for regulatory approvals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing
Write and execute Verification & Validation (V&V) protocols
What We're Looking For:
Experience in R&D of electro-mechanical medical devices
Strong background in EMC and product safety testing
Proficiency with tools like ORCAD , PSpice , or Mentor Graphics
Hands-on experience with V&V documentation and regulatory compliance
Ability to work in an FDA/ISO-regulated environment
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
