New Life Mission Church of Northern California (PCA) is seeking a full-time English Ministry (EM) pastor to lead and nurture the English Ministry congregation in the Bay Area. NLMC is a multigenerational church striving to glorify God through worship, community, and global and local missions. We also provide a friendly, inclusive, and God-centered environment for a diverse congregation of families and young adults in the Bay Area. Responsibilities Prepare expository, Christ-centered sermons and deliver them in an effective and relevant manner. Oversee elements of Sunday worship services. Lead regular Bible studies that meet the spiritual needs of the congregation. Administer sacraments, including Communion and baptism. Oversee ministry leaders, providing training and shepherding. Conduct membership classes. Guide and participate in the young adult ministry activities. Conduct regular visitations to encourage and shepherd members, particularly those in need.
