We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a foundational role that offers training, hands-on experience, mentorship and the potential for career growth. Position Summary: This is an entry-level position designed for an individual wants to build a career in construction management. Youll work directly with our experienced project managers to learn all aspects of residential construction management, from site logistics and scheduling to subcontractor coordination and quality control. The role is intended to grow into a full Superintendent position over time. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily job site operations (hours M-F 7:30am 6pm & some Saturdays) Support project scheduling and subcontractor coordination Monitor safety and quality on site Track materials, deliveries, and project documentation Communicate updates to project managers and clients Learn building codes, inspections, and permitting processes On-site labor includes minor construction installations, trash hauling, job-site clean-up, etc. Must be able to lift heavier objects when assisting with loading and unloading materials at jobs sites. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in construction management or related experience is preferred, but not required Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Excellent communication and organizational skills Basic knowledge of construction terms, tools, and processes a plus Valid drivers license and reliable transportation What We Offer: $55,000 - $65,000 annual starting salary dependent upon experience Performance reviews at 6 and 12 months with raise potential Health insurance after 6 months, 401k after 12 months, paid time off and mileage reimbursement Mentorship from senior team members How to Apply: Send your resume and a brief introduction telling us about yourself and why youre excited to start or continue your career in residential construction.
