Position Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level HR Generalist to support human resources functions in our appliance logistics warehouse. This temporary role provides hands-on HR experience and is a great opportunity for candidates pursuing a degree in human resources, business, or a related field. The position may transition to temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment activities including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist with onboarding tasks such as processing new hire paperwork, I-9 verification, orientation, and data entry.
• Maintain accurate employee records and files.
• Act as a point of contact for general employee HR questions and direct them to the appropriate resources.
• Help coordinate offboarding and exit documentation.
• Support basic HR reporting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; enrollment in or pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field encouraged.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
