Compensation:

$97,000 - $192,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate clients' financial needs through consultations to provide personalized life insurance and financial product recommendations.
  • Deliver clear and detailed explanations of various financial solutions, including life insurance, retirement plans, and savings tactics.
  • Educate and guide clients in comprehending the range of financial options available to ensure their financial well-being.
  • Create customized strategies to expand the client base by seeking referrals, engaging on social media, and participating in local networking events.
  • Foster enduring client relationships by offering continuous financial advice and adjusting plans when necessary.
  • Establish and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while upholding high standards of ethics and customer care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities like training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance skills and advance career progression.
  • Collaborate with a team of consultants and mentors to share insights and work towards collective success.
Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive training is provided for the Entry-Level Life Insurance Consultant role, making prior financial experience unnecessary.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is a must, while having a college degree is advantageous but not obligatory.
  • The ability to simplify financial concepts for clients through effective communication is crucial.
  • Candidates should demonstrate motivation, goal orientation, and a strong desire to advance in the financial services sector.
