In this role, you'll support financial operations by conducting various financial and data analyses, preparing reports, and assisting with departmental projects. What You'll Do
Assist in the preparation and completion of Rate Development Template (RDT) reports.
Create standard and ad-hoc healthcare utilization reports to support leadership and strategic decision-making.
Analyze and reconcile financial healthcare data from operational sources.
Utilize SQL to develop analytical reports, interpret results, and summarize key insights.
Collaborate with IT and Healthcare Informatics teams to define requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Conduct quality assurance and peer review on financial data reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support additional departmental projects, including budget analysis and researching healthcare utilization trends and variances.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in financial or data analysis within a healthcare setting.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to document database queries and macros thoroughly.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
