Our company is seeking a motivated individual with strong leadership skills, a hands-on work ethic, and expertise in bermudagrass fairways and bentgrass greens management. Must hold a NC pesticide license. Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to excellence. Responsibilities Direct and participate in all aspects of golf course maintenance and agronomic programs. Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff to ensure efficient and consistent course conditioning. Manage the care of bermudagrass fairways, bentgrass greens, roughs, tees, and landscaping. Calibrate and apply fertilizers and pesticides safely and effectively. Maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems and pumps. Prepare annual budgets and manage expenses responsibly. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations. Communicate effectively with ownership and golf operations staff to meet course standards and goals. Qualifications Must hold a NC pesticide license. Strong leadership skills and a hands-on work ethic. Experience in bermudagrass fairways and bentgrass greens management.
