Graphic Designer

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a graphic designer with 2 or more years of experience for a contract to hire opportunity for a real estate company in New York, NY. This role is hybrid 4 days onsite 1 day work from home. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Revise and enhance existing collateral as necessary: collaborate with brokers and marketing team members to update floor plans, brochures, email designs, pitches/presentations, and other design elements.
• Create high-quality finished print collateral in-house: print, cut, bind, and laminate various items, including saddle-stitched brochures and reports, laminated posters, and spiral-bound market tour surveys.
• Adhere to brand standards to maintain quality and consistency across all collateral.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type: Contract to hire

Compensation: $32.00-$42.00 per hour
