DIRECT HIRE: An awesome opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team. 

Hourly Range: $20hr - $26hr (+OT)
Benefits: Listed below
Schedule: M-F, 7am - 4:30pm (weekends when necessary)

Qualifications:

• Basic experience with working with lawn care equipment, tools and accessories
• Must have a clean driving record and can pass a drug test
• Must be able to drive a truck and trailer (will be required to prove competency prior to employment)
• Must have the ability to pick up items over 50 pounds
• Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to meet a set number of job sites each week
• Must be willing to work outside during the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter seasons
• Basic mechanical stills are required
• Must be local to the 
• You must be 21 years and older to apply

The scope of work is, but not limited to:

• Cutting grass, spraying weeds
• Debris removal, branch and tree limb removal
• A company truck and equipment will be provided

The ability to travel is a must for this position, as well as weekend hours when necessary. If you are unable to travel or work weekends, you should NOT apply.

Physical setting:

• Construction site
• Outdoor work

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Requirements:

• Education: High school or equivalent 
• License/Certification:   Must have valid Driver's License

Travel requirement:

• 100% travel, mostly local, rare overnight stays
• Company pays for all hotel and food costs
• Per Diem for traveling
