Job Description

Role name: SAP FICO, SAP AP/AR/GL, SAP Finance Level 2 AMS Support Role Description:

• Provide Level 2 Application Support in SAP Finance Area
• SAP Finance with knowledge on GL / AP / ARSAP Finance Level 2 AMS Support
• Provide support to brand business finance, Shared Service and SAP CoE Finance AMER team on a day today basis to address all the support needed for the business team
• You ensure proper integration of finance solutions with other areas (Supply Chain, Retail, Master Data)
• Strong functional knowledge of finance processes and integration with other SAP modules like SD / MM / Retail is a must
• Strong knowledge of Financial reporting including understating of consolidation (HFM) is a big plus
• Strong understating of month end close process and managing assets is a must
• Knowledge of non-inventory procurement process is a plus
• The required experience will be 7 to 10 years in SAP Finance (AA, AP/ AR/ GL), management control (CO).
• Knowledge of general accounting rules is desirable.

Working in Customer Office 4 days a week- North New Jersey Location Desirable Skills:

• You have also worked on projects in the fields of fashion and retail.
• You have experience in the integration between Finance and Logistics
• English is essential both written and spoken, French is a plus given the importance of our sites in France in our global supply chain
• Project experience in an international and multicultural framework is desirable

• You are customer-oriented and possess:

• the ability to identify and analyze how the SAP Finance process works
• excellent verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report and present your analyzes and recommendations;
• good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees, management and external contacts;
