Job Description

Zaddy Solutions is searching for a Interior Design Project Manager with Revit experience on behalf of a client. This role is direct hire, and hybrid located in Charleston, SC.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager/Designer to lead our growing portfolio of high-profile projects. This newly created role offers the chance to work directly with executive leadership, manage projects from concept to completion, and shape the future of our firm.

What You'll Do:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee luxury commercial and residential projects, ensuring exceptional execution, adherence to budgets, and timely completion.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering personalized service.
  • Design Development: Lead the creative process, developing innovative design concepts and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Create detailed Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, lighting plans, furniture layouts, and budget spreadsheets.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with high-end vendors, artisans, and contractors.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring meticulous tracking and financial accountability.
  • Site Management: Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and design integrity.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records, including design meeting minutes, procurement documentation, and client invoices.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to project sites in the Caribbean, South Florida, and the NYC metro area.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in luxury commercial design and project management.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-end projects, including multifamily, hospitality, and custom residential.
  • Proficiency in Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and experience working with affluent clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.1
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in high-end commercial design and project management.
  • Ability to interface with construction firms and vendors.
