*Hybrid Contract Opportunity* Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Junior Business Systems Analyst position! This is a 6+ month contract and will be hybrid in Buffalo. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. What You'll Be Doing: Coordinate and consult with application owners and Business Systems personnel on application changes to implement new products and services. Conduct system testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for assigned applications or systems. Prepare functional specifications and execute test cases for assigned projects. Assist in research analysis to ensure functional design accuracy. Monitor functional specifications and change requests to maintain project scope and regulatory compliance. Participate in resolving issues arising from testing or implementation. Support production and post-implementation by gathering feedback and resolving issues. Maintain compliance with company risk and regulatory standards. What You'll Need to Have: Combined minimum of 2 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience. Strong problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented approach. Quality Engineering / Testing experience. Preferred Education and Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in progress. Successful performance in a Technology Internship. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications. Pay Range: $20-$25/hr + Questions about any of our jobs?
