🌟 What You’ll Do:

As a Junior Fundraising Associate, you’ll serve as the public face of our nonprofit partners—connecting with community members and inspiring action.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing nonprofit campaigns at events, outreach sites, or retail locations

• Engaging the public in one-on-one conversations to educate and inspire support

• Encouraging donations, sign-ups, and volunteer participation

• Assisting with event logistics including setup, signage, branded materials, and breakdown

• Maintaining accurate donor records and reporting campaign data

• Collaborating with your team to meet daily and weekly fundraising goals

• Participating in ongoing training sessions focused on communication and campaign strategy
