Licensed Medicare Sales Agent Opportunity

PeopleShare is hiring remote Licensed Medicare Sales Agents during a time of rapid growth! This is a full-work from home position where all equipment is provided. We are looking for already licensed Medicare agents who have at least 6 months of outbound Medicare Advantage and D-SNP sales experience. If you are a highly motivated, energetic, quick-learner, and confident agent, this may be a great fit for you. Must be an active Licensed Agent!

Job Details for Licensed Medicare Sales Agent:

• Salary: $18-$20 per hour (based on experience) plus $50 commission on each policy
• Mon-Fri: 8:45am-11pm EST- Need flexibility to work shifts between these hours.
• Company provided computer equipment
• Must be an already licensed Medicare Agent with 6 months minimum experience selling Medicare Advantage and D-SNP plans.

Job Responsibilities & Description for Licensed Medicare Sales Agent:

• Handle outbound sales inquiries to effectively sell health insurance plans and products via phone to customers for a single carrier
• Quickly grasp new concepts and product offerings, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and other ancillary health products
• Provide an excellent consumer experience for all callers and be passionate about helping the senior community
• Guide consumers through the health insurance policy selection and application process and serve as subject matter expert for health insurance enrollments

Requirements for Licensed Medicare Sales Agent:

• 6 months experience minimum of licensed Medicare sales, including D-SNP experience
• Outbound call experience
• Must have releases from carriers (Aetna, UHC) in hand or able to obtain one before training starts
• Driven, self-starter, confident personality
• Ethernet hook up required and suitable distraction free work environment capable of protecting confidential information
