ResponsibilitiesAs a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and building relationships with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored coverage solutions.
Licensing: Must hold an active California Property & Casualty License OR Personal Lines License
Experience: A minimum of 1 years in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
Customer Focus: A genuine interest in understanding and meeting the needs of clients.
Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to maintain high productivity and effective communication in a fully remote environment.
Team Collaboration: Ability to contribute to a team-driven environment, building positive relationships with colleagues.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools is essential.
