Overview:

Mental Health Therapist Adolescents

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year DOE

Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (depending on location)

Schedule: You choose! Work four 10-hour days onsite or work from home one day a week + four days onsite.

Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Calo Programs, youll get to:

  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help bring about systemic change in struggling families.
  • Collaborate with our Animal Assisted Therapy team
  • Counsel students in various experiential settings (camping, hiking, rappelling, etc.) with our Adventure Therapy department.
  • Participate in weekly interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Actively participate in family weekends, offering therapeutic support to families, and contributing to the overall healing process.

Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will be fully licensed in the state of Missouri- LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
  • A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.
  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
