Job Title: Line Lead

Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Shift Hours: 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: $21-23hr

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and proactive **Line Lead** to oversee critical aspects of our assembly line production. The Line Lead will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production process, meeting production goals, and maintaining product quality standards. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage production lines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Line Setup: Set up the assembly line at the beginning of each shift, ensuring all necessary equipment, materials, and tools are ready and operational.
• Oversee Production Goals: Ensure the production line meets daily goals, timelines, and efficiency standards while adhering to safety protocols.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and provide guidance to line employees, ensuring they understand tasks, follow safety procedures, and contribute to meeting production targets.
• Product Inspection: Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring that they meet company standards before they proceed to the next stage.
• Problem-Solving: Address any production or employee issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure the line remains on schedule.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all team members follow proper safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a production environment, with at least [X] years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of assembly line processes and production techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work both 1st and 2nd shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry materials or products as required.
