Schedule: 14-16 days per month, clinic hours Monday-Friday 8a-730p, Saturday/Sunday 9a-5p
Job Setting: Outpatient, 10-20 patients per shift
Type of Cases: Family Medicine, urgent care
Credentialing: 90 days
Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified 
Certifications: BLS, DEA
Licensure: Active Minnesota license is required
