Back to Life Massage and Spa is seeking passionate and skilled  Licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing team! We are a 5 star rated day spa dedicated to providing top-tier services, including massages, facials, and body treatments, in a serene and professional environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly licensed massage therapist who is seeking to advance their massage therapy career with an expanding, locally owned business.

Responsibilities:

As a Certified Massage Therapist at Back to Life Massage and Spa, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality therapies including:

• Swedish Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Hot Stone Massage
• Prenatal Massage
• Sports Massage

Training is provided for all specialty services such as our bamboo massage,cupping, and hot stone massage.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work flexible shifts, weekdays and at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• 1 year experienced preferred but not required
• Ability to provide a welcoming, professional, and therapeutic experience
• Proficiency in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other modalities (Hot Stone, Prenatal, etc., a plus!)
• Professional image
• Team player, enjoys team environment and interaction with co-workers
• Good organizational skills and follow through
• Able to multi-task and improvise on the spur of the moment
• Good sense of time management
• Self-motivated
• Seeks out knowledge and enjoys learning/strives for professional growth

License/Certification:

• Massage Therapy License (Preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Highly competitive pay - commission for massage services range from $35-$40+ per hour (dependent upon type of service + massage enhancements)
