We are currently seeking a Medical Practice Manager to become a part of our team! We are a well established clinic with over 30 years in business in the elective surgery field. With 2 offices both in Alpharetta and New York we are seeking a manager to organize and coordinate both locations. Office based in Alpharetta

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
• Plan and coordinate patient services
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports on business health
• Work collaboratively with physicians to implement and maintain appropriate systems in place
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
• Ensure communication between surgery and front office staff

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare field
• 5+ years experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Available for 40+ hours per week, must be flexible

PHTC created a company to design and manufacture instruments as procedures evolved. Today, PHTC remains focused on hair restoration surgery but desires to expand into other cosmetic procedures in limited markets. PHTC desires expansion, but only as the foundation is laid in a smaller number of markets.
