Job Description

Full-time opportunity for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Immediate Care.

Requirements:
* Board Certified
* GA license; active and in good standing
* 2 years experience in Immediate Care (Urgent Care) or ER Fast Track preferred
* Will consider new grads within a year or less post Master's completion to include clinical training in ED or Urgent Care

Duties:
* Diagnose, treat, prescribe, and refer patients for follow-up treatment as needed in an urgent care environment.
* Comfort level with treating all ages
* Opens 7:30 am with last patient sign-in at 8:00 pm; provider shifts are staggered to offer full coverage during hours of operation
* Schedule is 3/12 hour shifts/per week with two schedule options:

* Serve as a member of our Rome Immediate Care team working 3/12 hour shifts in the Rome Immediate Care to included an every other weekend rotation with one weekend to be scheduled in Cartersville (approx. every 5th).

* Serve as sole provider in our Cartersville Immediate Care every Saturday/Sunday. Work in Rome Immediate Care on Fridays (Week 1) and another weekday or Friday (Week 2) to complete full schedule.
