Order Picker/Packer

Jetpack Shipping is looking for Order Picker/Packers . High volume pick, pack and ship environment. The shift runs from 7:00am to 7:30pm Friday through Sunday (Three twelve hour shifts - Work 3 days and get paid an extra 4 hours!) We are seeking employees with previous experience, reliable, good work history and those who bring a positive attitude every day. Summary:

The Order Picker/Packer will prepare orders for shipping. They will utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions. The picker/packer will check containers for damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are selected. They will pack orders and prepare them for shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Pulls and packs products based on daily orders.
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
• Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
• Reports any mechanical problems.
• Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred
