Outside Sale Executive Salary: $75K base + uncapped lifetime residual commissions Location: offices in Alpharetta (30009) or Midtown (30305) Job Summary: The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for hunting new business and calling on prospective customers. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. A key part of the role is ensuring customer satisfaction, facilitating yearly renewals, and securing referrals for future sales. Key Responsibilities: Heavy prospecting experience (telemarketing, cold calling, door knocking, social media, etc.). Meeting or exceeding sales goals and activity levels. Building relationships with prospects and current clients for referrals and continued service. Promoting the client's service offerings and value propositions. Completing bid paperwork and finalizing contracts in a timely manner. Collaborating with service teams to resolve client issues. Flexibility to travel within the market area and meet with clients/prospects. Helping the team accomplish broader company goals. Qualifications: 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience. Proven sales, selling staffing services, or tech solutions, SaaS or managed services. Proven success in prospecting for new business. Strong network within the local market. Experience in complex sales, with a focus on value-based selling. Strong business acumen, with experience selling to SMBs. Knowledge of small business challenges and HR-related needs is preferred. Work Schedule: Initial Ramp-Up Phase: During the first 3-6 months, the role will require 4 days per week in the office to ensure a successful onboarding and growth phase. Office Time: Candidates will be expected to begin or end their workday in the office during this initial phase. Flexibility Post-Ramp-Up: Once performance milestones are met, there will be opportunities for a more flexible schedule. Compensation/Benefits: Competitive salary ($75K base + uncapped lifetime residual commissions). 1st year OTE: $125-$150K, 2nd year: $150K+, 3rd year: $200K+.
