We are seeking a talented and thoughtful Personal Chef to prepare weekly meals for a family of three (two adults and a toddler) in our Upper Manhattan home. Our family follows a healthy, mostly organic pescatarian diet , and we are looking for someone who can craft meals that are flavorful, nutritionally balanced, and easy to enjoy throughout the week. This position is ideal for a chef who is skilled in meal prep, enjoys cooking for families, and understands how to create dishes that are both interesting for adults and developmentally appropriate for toddlers (e.g., appropriate textures and minimal salt (but spices are great!)).
Ideally, the chef will come to our home 1-2x per week to prepare and store all meals for the week (likely 3-4 mains and 3-4 sides). Ingredients should be sourced thoughtfully with a preference for seasonal and organic items. It's critical for the chef to have the ability to work independently in a private home setting, and to have familiarity (or a willingness to learn) with preparing meals in a toddler-friendly manner
