The Planning and Implementation team is dedicated to driving efficiency and excellence within Corteva's Regulatory & Stewardship organization. By guiding streamlined processes, managing metrics, offering decision support, conducting data analytics, and stewarding planning tool infrastructure, we empower Corteva to make informed decisions and achieve strategic goals with precision and agility.
What You'll Do: - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their Planning and Implementation needs, ensuring that processes remain current and aligned with evolving requirements.
- Process Documentation: Create, document, and maintain comprehensive planning and implementation processes to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at improving existing planning processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training sessions focused on Planning and Implementation processes to enhance user proficiency and ensure effective utilization of tools and processes.
- Activity Library Management: Manage processes related to activity libraries within the planning and execution tool, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 issues related to planning and implementation processes, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Data Integrity: Assist in implementing data integrity processes to maintain high-quality data within the planning tool.
- Tool Support: Provide overall support for the planning and implementation tool within the organization, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
- Access Control: Oversee user roles, permissions, and access controls to maintain data security and integrity within the planning and execution tool (e.g., Planisware software).
- Project Participation: Participate in software development projects as an ad-hoc team member, offering expertise and support to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications What Skills You Need: - Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Life Sciences, IT, or related fields.
- Process Management: Proven experience in establishing, managing, and improving processes. Ability to design processes, train team members, and ensure effective execution.
- Demonstrates responsibility and ownership of projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for troubleshooting issues.
- Solid understanding of project management principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and IT stakeholders or vendors.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction within the organization.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation.
- Desired familiarity with Planisware software and its modules, or other project management tools.
- Familiarity with database management.
- Experience in learning new technologies and software tools.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and technological changes.
- Change Management: Experience in managing change within an organization.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing data using Excel and Power BI.
- Continuous Improvement: Passionate about continuous improvement.
- Industry Experience: Experience with Regulatory or Planning is a plus.
