6-month contract to hire: 5 days a week onsite

What You’ll Do

• Perform architectural assignments with general direction, with limited immediate supervision, and work independently as well as collaboratively with others toward design and technical solutions
• Assist in developing design solutions on a variety of projects in size and scope
• Provide production of design drawings, presentation drawings, and digital models in support of design teams
• Research products and materials, review existing projects, and those under construction to inform the production of design documentation
• Contribute to the effective performance of the project team regarding quality, schedule, and budget
• Assist in the execution of construction administration responsibilities
• Assist in the review and execution of design documents that meet building code and accessibility code

What You’ll Bring

• NCARB-accredited degree in Architecture with 3+ years of commercial experience; Actively pursuing state registration; Professional Registration preferred
• Highly motivated, Team-oriented individual seeking progressively more responsibility
• Well-organized, detailed oriented with excellent communication skills
• Experience in detailing and execution of construction documents with minimal supervision
• Experience with complex multi-phased projects
• Experience with MEPFP coordination and BIM coordination
• Proficient in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
