Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our commercial construction projects, primarily focusing on commercial builds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in granite fabrication and a proven track record in delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain clear communication with all project participants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of granite fabrication processes and materials.
• Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
