Project Manager - Heavy Civil / Underground / Pipelines

Location: San Jose, CA
Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: $125k - $180k DOE, Benefits, 401k, Car Allowance, etc..
Requirements: 5+ Years of Project Management experience in Heavy Civil Construction; project values up to $30M

In preparation for upcoming projects, we are looking to hire a Project Manager with 5+ years of Heavy Civil Construction experience to our team.

- Mentor staff in development plans, project cost controls, etc..
- Conduct weekly meetings
- Support estimating team on projects
- Develop project schedules
- Oversee safety plans on projects
- Establish a professional work environment
- Maintain working relationships with owners, subs, etc...
- Overnight travel as required

Projects will be focused on heavy civil including underground, wet utilities, pipelines, WWTP, water infrastructure, etc. What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of project management experience in Civil Construction 
- Problem solving, organizational, and analytical decision-making skills 
- Proficient in scheduling, cost control, subcontract docs and more
- Desire to lead teams through large civil projects
