Project Manager (Seattle, WA)

Duration: 12 months (high potential to extend up to multiple years)

Pay: $44-$48/hr on a W2 (DOE)

Full Times Hours

Hybrid in Seattle, WA (3 days onsite, rest of the time remote)

Our client is looking for an entry level Project Manager that will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our client's organization. You will get to manage smaller projects and assist more senior project managers with larger initiatives. As a Project Manager you will work closely with cross-functional teams, help define project scopes, track project progress, and ensure that deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards. Day In The Life:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, outlining key tasks and milestones.
• Track and report on project progress, identifying any delays or issues that may impact timelines or deliverables
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, timelines, and action items.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure expectations are met
• Identify potential risks and issues early on and escalate to senior project managers as necessary.
• Support the team in ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time
• Assist in the completion of post-project reviews, evaluating successes and lessons learned.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in project management
• Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet).
