United Alloy is hiring dedicated Quality Auditors to ensure top-tier product quality for Fortune 500 OEMs. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, this is your opportunity to play a critical role in maintaining product excellence!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform product testing and inspections, including visual, dimensional, and pressure/vacuum decay evaluations.
• Verify products at each stage of operations against blueprints and inspection criteria.
• Issue, calibrate, and monitor gauges to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collect and enter inspection data to maintain accurate quality records.
• Identify and report nonconforming products, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Train operations personnel on quality expectations and process updates.
• Halt production if nonconforming parts are detected to maintain quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Quality function.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and inspection sheets.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication concepts and materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Physical ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs.
• 20/20 vision in at least one eye (corrective lenses allowed); must not be color blind.
