Shift - 12-hour day shiftNelson 8 is an acute medical and telemetry unit with 23 inpatient beds focused on patients with respiratory, cardiac and heart failure illness, liver and renal disease, substance abuse and mental status changes, along with a variety of other diagnoses. "Nelson 8 is committed to providing a comforting and encouraging environment to all who arrive onto this unit. We integrate the art and science of nursing, clinical knowledge, quality care, teamwork and leadership to implement a collaborative approach to patient care. We embrace diversity while providing holistic care for patients and each other with respect, integrity and compassion."
