Assistant General Manager
Scottsdale, AZ | $60,000 – $70,000 | Competitive Benefits
We are Scottsdale’s new elevated neighborhood restaurant, where modern American cuisine meets the flavors of the Mediterranean. Our menu is inspired by the spice markets of Marrakesh, the coasts of Southern Italy, the Iberian Peninsula, and the mountains of Asturias — a journey that reflects the heritage of our chef-owner’s family.

The Role: Assistant General Manager
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth, elevated service. The AGM will work closely with ownership and the General Manager to uphold Heritage’s culture, train and inspire staff, and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
• Support the GM in daily operations and lead the front-of-house team.
• Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability.
• Train and mentor service staff on food, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Oversee scheduling, floor plans, and shift management.
• Ensure excellence in guest experience, from greeting to farewell.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu rollouts, pairings, and staff training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Assist with inventory management, cost controls, and reporting.
• Act as manager-on-duty in the GM’s absence.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of leadership experience in upscale casual or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and service standards.
• Proven ability to train, develop, and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
