Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Specialist - Customer Service Representative, you'll support a federal agency by answering health-related questions from medical professionals. You will handle inquiries from hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities, offering clear, empathetic, and accurate responses primarily through phone communications. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) remote role where your expertise will make a direct impact.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a combination of education and experience in healthcare, including:

Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Associate's Degree and/or certifications in a health-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Deep understanding of diseases, illnesses, and healthcare practices.
Strong experience interacting with medical professionals (physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff).
Ability to follow guidelines, procedures, and policies effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English grammar and syntax.
Proficient with word processing software and other computer applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
