Job Summary

The Entry Level Sales/Administrator is responsibleto assistwiththe day-to-day operations of the sales department. This position will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in the following areas:

• customer service
• Orderprocessingin a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Great Way to gain practical experience. High potential to develop into an Account Manager

Essential Job Functions

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met
• Ensureorders are processed in a timely manner
• Broker Bid response and processing
• Inside and outside sales support
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Help process
• Sales related administrative work as well as sales related field work

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Verbal and written communication skills.
• This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) being the primary tool used.
• Ability to learn new software programs as needed. Will train on platforms like Salesforce and Trux
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to handle confidential information.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Drivers License and clean MVR required
