Job Description

As a SEO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the online presence of a global brand. You will be responsible for driving organic search performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring SEO best practices are integrated across various digital platforms. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities: Develop and implement organic search strategies for various digital platforms. Support website replatforming projects, minimizing impact on organic search performance. Prioritize on-page experience by applying UX/UI design principles that enhance SEO and user experience. Manage the organic search feature backlog and guide technical SEO projects from concept to launch. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with writers to create engaging, SEO-optimized content. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO requirements into digital initiatives and product launches. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, making data-driven optimization decisions. Contribute to the development of cross-functional operational standards for future platforms. Build and maintain relationships with key partners to advocate for SEO initiatives. Must-Have Qualifications: 7+ years of SEO experience for a global brand or digital agency. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience working with enterprise-level SEO tools and platforms. Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $81.52 to $90.58 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
