Avera St. Benedict is seeking a Social Worker (BSW) - an opportunity to utilize the gifts of compassion, hospitality and stewardship to patients!

Position Highlights:

Job Summary

• Provides direct social work services and counseling to patients and their families.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in social work from an accredited program is required.
• Minimum of three to five years of medial social work experience preferred.

Certification/Licensure/Registration

• SD Social Work license required within 6 months of hire.

Work Schedule

• Day/Evening Shifts, occasional weekends, holidays, and on-call involvement; 48 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.  

• $25.00 - $37.75 per hour
