Job Description As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping build and scale Fanatics Collectibles, during a time of high growth. You will be focused on bringing top talent to the Fanatics Collectibles Operations team specifically within the Dallas market. You will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and proactively developing talent strategies that will help drive the business to meet their goals while being the subject matter expert on Fanatics Collectibles recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for operations roles, aligning with Fanatics Collectibles' business objectives and growth plans.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online channels, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates. Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to pre-boarding, fostering strong relationships and representing Fanatics Collectibles as an employer of choice.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities. Provide guidance and support on recruitment best practices, market insights, and candidate assessment.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future operational roles, anticipating hiring demands and market trends.
- Maintain high data integrity with recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on operations roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of operational positions, including warehouse, distribution, logistics, and fulfillment roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Oracle Recruitment Cloud, LinkedIn recruiter and other recruitment tools/software.

About the Team Fanatics Collectibles is a leading licensor, producer, designer, and seller of physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets for entertainment and sports properties globally, as well as a manufacturer of physical and digital trading cards. It has secured exclusive licensing arrangements with major national professional sports leagues, including the MLB, NFL and the NBA, and related players associations, to produce physical and digital trading cards and other collectibles.
Fanatics Collectibles also has partnerships with a number of individual international sports teams and leagues, as well as owners of other entertainment properties granting similar exclusive rights.
