The Housing Authority is seeking up to four (4) team-oriented candidates to work in multiple areas of focus including, Affordable Housing Development, Housing Data and Policy, Finance, Housing Programs, Asset Management, Property Management as interns for the Summer of 2025.
Interns will work on a wide range of assignments within one of the disciplines supporting AHA’s operations and programs. The internship will provide an opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation. Successful graduates from the internship program will be eligible to apply for a one year paid fellowship program with AHA.
Internship period will be from Monday through Thursday; 32 hours per week. Interns will be offered two start dates depending on semester schedules:
• Cohort #1: May 27, 2025- July 31, 2025
• Cohort #2: June 16, 2025- August 21, 2025
COMPENSATION:
Undergraduate Students: $22/ hr. Graduates: $25/ hr.
