LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Ambulatory Care for a travel nursing job in San Francisco, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Ambulatory Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Title: Travel Registered Nurse – Ambulatory Care Location: San Francisco, CA Pay: $3,377/week Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8 (08:00–17:00) Description: Join UCSF Health as a Travel Ambulatory RN providing care in HIV primary care and urgent care clinics. Deliver direct patient care, coordinate complex cases, provide education and coaching, support medication management, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement. Responsibilities: Perform patient assessments, vital signs, lab interpretation, and medication reconciliation. Assist with procedures including dressing changes, sterile trays, and specimen collection (venipuncture, urine, throat, capillary). Conduct telephone triage and pharmacy/patient refill requests. Support harm-reduction–based care and complex patient populations.
