This Role will more than likely work the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Tuesday to Saturday. 

We’re looking for a  hands-on ,  detail-oriented , and  reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our operations team. This isn’t a mindless “box mover” role. You’ll be the nerve center of our fulfillment and outbound operations—coordinating inventory, managing outbound trucks, handling customer inquiries, and occasionally riding along for deliveries when needed.

If you can handle pressure, juggle moving parts, and still pick up the phone with professionalism—we want to talk.

• Fulfill daily orders accurately and on time
• Organize and stage outbound deliveries; ensure trucks leave fully packed and on schedule
• Monitor and manage open customer invoices to ensure complete fulfillment
• Step in to assist delivery drivers during staffing shortages (occasional ride-alongs)
• Conduct regular warehouse inventories and stock checks
• Handle incoming customer delivery calls with clarity and professionalism
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse space
• Communicate clearly across warehouse, delivery, and customer service teams

• Strong verbal communication (with customers and internal teams)
• Even stronger work ethic—this is physical, mental, and fast-paced
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to take initiative without babysitting
• Problem-solving mindset—when the truck’s short a hand or the inventory’s off, you step up
• Punctuality, accountability, and no-excuses attitude
