About the Role:

Position: Inventory Planner

Location: Redmond, WA (Night Shift)

Timing : 5 PM - 3:30 AM PST

Summary:

Amazon is looking for a highly organized Inventory Planner III to manage inbound shipments, vendor coordination, and inventory analysis. This is a hands-on operational role ideal for someone experienced with SAP , ERP tools , and Excel .

Responsibilities:

• Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
• Manage inbound shipments: po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.
• Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs.
• Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.

Qualifications :

• The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer or SAP.
• They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
• The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: $42,000 - 52,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
