Warehouse Supervisor

$70,000 – $75,000 Permanent Opportunity

Multiple Shifts

Lockbourne, Ohio

Looking for a warehouse environment unlike any other? You’ve come to the right place! Dawson is currently searching for seasoned Warehouse Supervisors for our client in Lockbourne, Ohio.

What you’ll be doing:

• The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Managing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety protocols, and improving efficiency
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff including shipping, receiving, storing, and inventory management
• Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to maintain a high-performance team
• Schedule and assign tasks to staff based on workload, priorities, and skills

Who we’re looking for:

• Three to four years relevant, job-related experience, education or combination thereof
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory control
• Thoroughness; strong attention to detail
