Become an Embedded Concept Artist and leave your mark on a highly anticipated project! Collaborate closely with a passionate team of artists and designers, contributing your expertise to shape the visual direction of this exciting new game. This is your chance to bring imaginative creatures, characters, and environments to life within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This can be remote As a Concept Artist, you will: Partner with the design team, transforming their ideas into compelling visuals through rapid sketches and storyboards. Craft captivating creature designs, from ambient inhabitants to formidable foes, working closely with the creature team. Design unique and memorable outfits and hairstyles for diverse characters, collaborating with the character team. Develop storyboards that showcase the progression and visual effects of weapon skills, supporting the combat and VFX teams. Produce detailed orthographic sketches with material references, ensuring seamless collaboration with outsourcing partners. Must-Haves: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong understanding of human and creature anatomy. Proficiency in creating quick sketches, color comps, and polished, finished paintings. Exceptional storytelling abilities. Expert-level Photoshop skills. 3+ years of experience in the game industry. An online portfolio showcasing relevant work and range of skills. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with fantasy genre games. Familiarity with 3D modeling tools. Experience playing MMO and other RPG games.
